Noise wall with color window dots on Perimeter Road by Miami International airport.

It was back in the 90's when I saw them put up a huge noise barrier on Perimeter Road by the Miami International Airport.

At the time the way the dots were distributed irked me. Some dots are clusted together and others are perfectly alined.

Less noise but still annoying
